Return Policy

At Yehra Designs, we maintain strict hygiene standards for imitation jewellery. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product arrives damaged,
• You receive an incorrect item, or
• There is a manufacturing defect.

To file a return request, you must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Return Requirements

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the problem
• A mandatory unboxing video
• The item must be in unused condition with all original packaging

If the return request is approved, you must ship the item back before any resolution is processed.
