Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product

The item must be in unused condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging.
A mandatory unboxing video must be provided for all exchange requests.

If the exact item is not available for exchange, we will offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, or
  • Store credit

No Exchange For

  • Change of mind
  • Size, design, or color preference
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Damage caused after delivery
